Local Transportation

The organizer will provide a complimentary pick-up service for airport and train station transfers.

Arrival Transfers:

lPick-up service to the designated hotels will be available from the following locations:

lShanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG): approx. 60-minute drive

lShanghai Hongqiao International Airport (SHA) / Hongqiao Railway Station: approx. 30-minute drive

lShanghai Railway Station: approx. 20-minute drive

This complimentary arrival Pick-up service will be offered on Thursday，November 13, and Friday, November 14.

Note: The Pick-up service is exclusively for guests staying at the recommended hotels listed in this bulletin.

Departure Transfers:

A complimentary pick-up service will also be available on Wednesday, November 19, from the recommended hotels to Shanghai Pudong Airport (PVG), Shanghai Hongqiao Airport/Railway Station (SHA), and Shanghai Railway Station.

Note: The Pick-up service is exclusively for guests staying at the recommended hotels.

During the Competition:

No pick-up service will be provided between the recommended hotels and the competition venue.The venue is within close walking distance of the hotels. Participants can easily walk or arrange their own transportation. Walking time is typically between 5 to 15 minutes, depending on the hotel. Please refer to the hotel information section for specific details.

Booking Information

Please contact the organizing committee by email to book your room at least 10 days prior to check-in.

The committee will reply with payment instructions upon receiving your reservation request.

A booking confirmation will be sent within 3 days after payment is completed. If you do not receive it, please contact Mr. Eryun Feng.

Any changes to your reservation must be communicated to the committee at least 3 days before your check-in date. Otherwise, no-shows will still incur charges

Official Photography

An official photoshoot is mandatory for all participants. The photos will be used for event showcases and media use. The photoshoot will be scheduled either right before or after the technical inspection of your drone. We recommend wearing your team uniform or formal attire.
