Wukang Road-Anfu Road block

Previously, the Wukang Road-Anfu Road block in Xuhui district were selected in the first batch of national-level tourist and leisure blocks.
The Wukang Road-Anfu Roadblock, known as the "World Residential Architecture Expo Block", showcases Shanghai's modern lifestyle and urban culture. It features historical and cultural landmarks, such as Wukang Mansion, the former residence of Soong Ching Ling, and Ba Jin's Former Residence.
It is a key area to preserve and promote Shanghai's spirit, character, and heritage. The block blends the old and the new, with trendy food, fashion, and beauty brands. It is a hotspot of Shanghai's style, attracting online customers to offline shops.

Wukang Building
Wukang Building, formerly known as Normandie Apartments, was built in 1924. Designed by the French architect Lafayette Warren Dalrymple, it is a residential apartment building in the French Renaissance architectural style and is the earliest veranda-style apartment building in Shanghai.

Wukang Road Tourist Information Center
Wukang Road Tourist Information Center provides convenient, warm, and thoughtful public services for visitors who come and go here. Through the exhibition of artistic works such as pictures, models, and exhibits, it interprets the historical heritage of old houses in Xuhui District and even the entire Shanghai from an artistic perspective.

Fergusonlane
Built in 1928, with a floor area of approximately 600 square meters, the building is a garden residence in the neoclassical style. It is a three-story brick and concrete structure with a plain red brick exterior wall and a herringbone slope red tile roof. The current address, 376 Wukang Road, is now a commercial complex called Wukang Court, which houses various businesses such as dining, retail, and art galleries.

Former Residence of Ba Jin
No. 113 Wukang Road was built in 1923 and is a modern-style independent garden residence with early modernist features. In the early 1950s, it served as the Soviet Union's business representative office in China. In 1955, Ba Jin and his family moved to this place from Xiafei Lane (now Huaihai Lane) No. 59.

Romeo's balcony
The Romeo Balcony is named after Shanghai female writer Chen Danyan's description in "Shanghai's Wind, Flowers, Snow, and Moon." "I don't know which friend once pointed at it and said, that's the balcony Romeo is going to climb. From then on, everyone called it Romeo Balcony."

Yongle Hui
In the early 1950s, Shanghai Film Distribution and Exhibition Company settled here, later used by Shanghai Yongle Corporation Limited. The internal movie theaters Yongle Palace and the headquarters of Shanghai Lianhe Cinema Line were both born here.

Hengfu Music block

Music Castle

Xu Guangqi Memorial Hall
Xu Guangqi Memorial Hall is located at No.17, Nandan Road where Nanchunhua House, the typical residential building of the Ming Dynasty, was reconstructed. The Memorial Hall is divided into four parts; Global Vision, Scientific Spirit, Patriotism and Lofty Sentiments. It collects precious materials such as the portrait of Xu Guangqi, original manuscripts, handwritings and works, showing the practical and contemporary significance of Xu Guangqi’s spirit.

Shanghai West Bund Tourism and Leisure District

Longhua Quay
Xuhui's Longhua Quay, once the site of the Shanghai Cement Factory, Asia's largest, has been reborn. The transformed dock has two new 2,000-ton cruise berths. The 121-meter waterfront has two stories above ground and one underground. The dock retains the original cement framework texture while adding modern charm.
Ships will sail from Longhua Quay to Lupu Bridge and turn around at the M2 Quay at the former Shanghai World Expo site in the Pudong New Area.The route links landmarks such as the West Bund, Qiantan and Shanghai Expo Culture Park, with themed tours highlighting the fusion of city and nature. Future plans include short-haul sightseeing cruises and special-interest products.
